◆ Our Programmes
Three programmes, one direction: household clarity
Each Homerow programme is scoped carefully and delivered with tangible materials. You choose the level of depth that suits your household right now.
Back to Home◆ Our Methodology
How a Homerow programme is built
Every Homerow programme follows the same underlying logic: start with what the household already has, build a clear picture of where things stand, and leave with something tangible to show for the work.
We do not begin with assumptions about what a household needs. The Household Reference Session, for example, spends its first thirty minutes simply listening — understanding how this particular household already manages its records before suggesting any structure at all.
The Family Conversation Workshop uses prompts, not agendas. Families find that the prompt deck helps steer conversations that might otherwise get stuck or heated, because the framework makes it easier to keep to the matter at hand.
All sessions are facilitated, not lectured. Participants shape what gets covered. The facilitator's role is to keep things moving and make sure every voice in the room is heard.
Listen and map
Every session begins with a listening phase — understanding the household's current situation before introducing any structure.
Work through the material
Using printed prompts and frameworks, the household works through the relevant content at a pace that suits them.
Leave with something printed
Every session ends with a tangible output — an index, a deck, or a section of the handbook — that the household takes home on the day.
◆ Programme One
Household Reference Session
A short companion session — typically two to three hours — in which a household lays out where their records live, like marking points on a map. The session is informational and organisational only. No opinions are offered on specific arrangements or legal positions.
Printed reference index completed during the session
Small folder labelling kit to take home
Single household format — just your family and the facilitator
No homework or advance preparation required
◆ Programme Two
Family Conversation Workshop
A small-group workshop introducing simple frames for steady family conversations. The workshop covers listening, summarising, and agreeing on next steps, and stays clear of opinions on specific household matters. Runs with up to four households per group.
Printed prompt deck — 30 cards for use at home long after the workshop
One-page family meeting agenda template
Half-day format — typically a Saturday morning
Suitable for multigenerational households and adult siblings together
◆ Programme Three
Family Records Programme
A multi-session programme guiding a household through a careful reorganisation of records. Covers inventory, labelling, scanning checklists, family-meeting agenda templates, and a printed final handbook. Paced gently over six to eight weeks. Stays within educational and administrative scope — no opinions on legal matters.
Full household records inventory worksheet
Labelling system and folder kit
Scanning checklists for digital backup
Family meeting agenda templates
Printed final household handbook

◆ Our Standards
What every programme includes as standard
Participant confidentiality
What is shared in sessions is not recorded or shared outside Homerow. We collect only what is needed for session logistics.
Strict educational scope
No programme includes legal, financial, or medical opinions. We stay firmly within educational and administrative ground.
Printed materials on the day
All materials are printed and handed over during the session. No downloads, no portals, no subscription required to access them later.
Facilitated, not lectured
All sessions are participatory. Households shape the pace and focus of each meeting. No presentation slides, no one-way delivery.
PDPA-aligned data handling
Personal data collected at registration is handled in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
No pressure environment
Sessions are never used to upsell further products or services. Participants are never made to feel behind or judged for their starting point.
